Q: Do you use environmentally friendly materials to make your products?

We take pride in using environmentally friendly materials as much as possible, we use timber that has either been recycled or sustainably grown, harvested and milled right here in New Zealand and we use non-toxic paints.

Q: Are your toys and puzzles safe for children’s play?

We create and make enchanting, quality, plastic free wooden toys and puzzles from sustainable timber, which are painted with non-toxic paints and sealed with beeswax and manuka oil making them safe for your little one’s play and spaces, and when you buy from us your purchase is wrapped and sent using eco-friendly packaging. 

Q. How safe for children’s play are the paints you use on your toys and puzzles? 

Our painted toys and puzzles are painted using only Resene Paints products that comply with the safety standard AS / NZS ISO 8124.2:2003 Safety of Toys and are appropriate for use on toys and for sale as toys.  As an added safety extra all our toys and puzzles are sealed with beeswax and manuka oil.

Q: How do I order?

Furniture:  Please get in touch with us to chat about what you would like.

Homewares, Toys and Puzzles:  Ordering is super easy, simply click the “Add to Cart” button for the product you’re wanting to purchase and then follow the check-out instructions. 

Q: When buying from your online store what is the turnaround time from order placement to delivery?

Our Furniture orders are made to order, our current lead time is 4-6 weeks. 

Homewares and Toys and Puzzles orders will be packaged and shipped to you within two business days with all orders being sent by courier within NZ. 

Q: Do you gift wrap customer purchases?

If your Homewares or Toys and Puzzles is a gift, we offer complementary gift wrapping and can send your gift directly to your recipient.  Message or email us letting us know who the gift is for and a message you'd like included and we'll write a card with your message and include it with your gift.
